Cancellation Policy

To schedule a service, please contact us directly for availability. To cancel or reschedule a service once booked, please contact us with as much notice as possible. Refunds may not be possible if ice time has already been booked and we are unable to fill with another player. Summer clinics are refundable if your spot can be filled by someone on our waiting list.
